The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is established to address any complaints or grievances related to academic, administrative, or personal matters, ensuring a timely, transparent, and impartial resolution.

Objectives of the Grievance Redressal Committee

The Grievance Redressal Committee comprises members from various sections of the institution, ensuring fairness and transparency in the grievance handling process. Below is the list of committee members and their respective roles:

Dr. Jatinder Kumar Chairperson (Senior Faculty) Oversees the committee's operations, ensures compliance with guidelines, and provides final decisions on grievances.
Sukhdeep Kaur Faculty Member Assists in investigating academic grievances and supports students and staff throughout the process.
Kamini Administrative Officer Manages the process for administrative grievances and ensures the confidentiality of the process.
Mehakpreet Kaur Student Representative Represents the student body in addressing student-related grievances and supports the resolution process.
Kirandeep Singh Legal Advisor Provides legal guidance to ensure adherence to institutional and legal frameworks in resolving grievances.
Jaspreet Kaur External Member Offers an unbiased perspective on the grievance and provides an impartial review.
