Objectives of the SC/ST Committee

• ✔ Equitable Opportunities: Strengthening academic, extracurricular, and professional growth avenues for SC/ST students.
• ✔ Anti-Discrimination Measures: Addressing and taking strict action against any instances of caste-based discrimination.
• ✔ Reservation Policy Implementation: Ensuring proper execution of government-mandated reservation policies in admissions, scholarships, and faculty hiring.
• ✔ Student Support Mechanism: Establishing a safe, confidential, and effective grievance redressal system for SC/ST students.
• ✔ Awareness & Empowerment: Conducting workshops, counseling sessions, and awareness programs about SC/ST welfare schemes and career opportunities.
• ✔ Legal and Institutional Compliance: Aligning committee actions with national and institutional policies to safeguard student rights.
